The information requested in the Association Home Care online application for prospective employment including caregiver may include:

former resident information,
background information,
in addition to other information.
If you voluntarily submit your information, Association Home Care will use it to fulfill your request, inform you about new job opportunities or available services, and support other business-related activities. If you apply for a caregiver position, Association Home Care may conduct a background check and share relevant information with a third-party reporting agency as part of that process.
All emails sent by Association Home Care will include instructions on how to unsubscribe from the mailing list, whether you are a client or a caregiver applicant.
A1. Personal Information
